Moonart.pics accepts payments for products and services through the following methods:

All payments are due at the time of purchase. Once the payment is received and processed, the customer will receive a confirmation email with the details of the purchase.

Refunds

Moonart.pics offers refunds for products and services under the following conditions:

Products

If the customer is not satisfied with the product received, a refund can be requested within 30 days of the purchase date. The product must be returned in its original packaging and in the same condition as when it was received.

Once the returned product is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.

Services

If the customer is not satisfied with the service received, a refund can be requested within 30 days of the purchase date. The customer must provide a detailed explanation of why they are requesting a refund.

If the service has already been provided, a refund will only be issued if the service did not meet the agreed-upon specifications or if there was a technical issue on our end that prevented the service from being completed.

If the service has not yet been provided, a refund will be issued within 7 business days.
